This Public Offer on providing a charitable donation (hereinafter – the “Offer”), in accordance with Article 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, constitutes a proposal by the Non-Governmental Organization “Teach For Ukraine”, EDRPOU [insert code], registered address: [insert address] (hereinafter – the “Organization”), represented by the Director [Full Name of Director], acting on the basis of the Charter, to enter into an agreement on providing a charitable donation (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) under the terms and conditions set out in this Offer with any Donor who accepts it.
This Offer becomes effective upon its publication on the website of the NGO “Teach For Ukraine” (hereinafter – the “Website”). The Offer is of indefinite duration and may be amended or revoked by the Organization at any time (prior to its acceptance by the Donor) by posting the respective information on the Website.
The Organization may conclude agreements on charitable donations in another manner and/or on other terms than those provided for in this Offer. The Donor may separately apply to the Organization to conclude such an agreement.
The subject of this Agreement is the gratuitous and voluntary transfer by the Donor into the ownership of NGO “Teach For Ukraine” of monetary funds, by making a charitable donation for the statutory activities of the Organization.
The Donor independently determines the amount of the charitable donation. The Organization independently determines the directions of use of the charitable donation within its statutory activities, unless otherwise specified by the Donor in the manner provided by this Agreement.
The transfer of funds is recognized as a charitable donation in accordance with Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On Charitable Activities and Charitable Organizations.”
If desired, the Donor may indicate the purpose of the donation by choosing among the programs and projects announced by the Organization.
NGO “Teach For Ukraine” carries out charitable activities in accordance with its Charter, in particular:
- developing quality education in Ukraine,
- increasing access to education for children in small communities,
- supporting teachers and introducing innovative teaching approaches,
- creating programs to help students catch up on learning and skills development,
- training and supporting educational leaders who become agents of change in communities.
The Organization’s activities are not aimed at making a profit.

The Donor independently determines the amount of the charitable donation.
The charitable donation is voluntary and non-refundable.
Funds are directed towards the implementation of the statutory activities and programs of the Organization.
Ways to make a donation:
– one-time payment;
– subscription (monthly/annual payments in any amount), which can be canceled at any time through banking services (Privat24, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
The Organization undertakes to use the funds in accordance with the law and its statutory activities.
The Organization has the right to independently determine the directions of use of the funds, unless otherwise specified by the Donor.
The Donor has the right to obtain information on the use of their donation. To this end, the Organization may publish financial reports on the Website or provide information upon a written request.
The Donor confirms that:
– they are legally capable,
– the donation is voluntary,
– the funds are not subject to seizure, pledge, or of illegal origin.
If the project for which the donation was made is not implemented, the remaining funds may be redirected to other educational projects of the Organization.
Acceptance constitutes the full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer by making a payment through the payment forms on the Website or by transferring funds to the account of NGO “Teach For Ukraine.”
The moment of acceptance is considered the date the funds are credited.
Acceptance means the Donor’s consent to all provisions of the Offer and agreement that part of the funds may be used for the Organization’s administrative expenses (within the limits established by law).
The Organization processes Donors’ personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
The relations between the Donor and the Organization are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
In the event of disputes, the parties shall endeavor to resolve them through negotiations, and if impossible – through the courts of Ukraine.
