PARTNERSHIP

Teach for Ukraine (TFU) is a Ukrainian non-profit organization working in education to strengthen human capital for Ukraine’s recovery and long-term development. Since 2016, TFU has addressed educational inequity by developing the next generation of leaders through education and supporting schools, teachers, and students in underserved communities. Since 2022, when Russia’s full-scale invasion triggered an immediate crisis in Ukraine’s education system, TFU was among the first organizations to launch a structured response, helping children continue learning while building the foundation for long-term systemic change.

Partnership with Teach For Ukraine is an investment in human capital as the foundation for Ukraine’s recovery and sustainable development.

We partner with Ukrainian and international organizations, government institutions, businesses, and philanthropists to drive systemic change and ensure that every child — regardless of where they are born or live — has access to quality education, the opportunity to reach their full potential, and the chance to build a future with dignity.

WE INVITE YOU TO BE PART OF THIS CHANGE

We develop and implement comprehensive educational solutions informed by research and data, hands-on experience, and the unique Teach For Ukraine Fellowship model.

Teach For Ukraine is part of the global Teach For All network, which brings together partner organizations in 64 countries and is built on a collective leadership approach.  Together, we cultivate a growing community of leaders who work alongside students, teachers, schools, communities, and partners to drive systemic change in education and reduce educational inequality by serving in schools facing the greatest challenges.

Together with the World Bank, we conducted the world’s first RCT study on education in wartime. The results highlight that education should not be treated solely as a post-conflict priority, but rather as an integral part of building resilience and a key element of both humanitarian response and long-term development.
