SELECTION

SELECTION STAGES

01
APPLICATION

Your first opportunity to tell us about yourself. Filling out the application takes about an hour — prepare your resume, external testing scores, and degree specialty ready. We won’t ask tricky questions, only those that help us better understand you and your motivation.

02
Automated Interview

Four questions that you answer by recording short videos on a special platform. First, enjoy a motivational message from our CEO and program participants. We’re eager to hear your thoughts, they matter a lot!

03
Interview

A 50-minute online conversation where we get to know each other better. You’ll have a chance to tell more about yourself, learn about the Teach for Ukraine Fellowship program, and ask your questions.

04
Academic Test

Assessment of your knowledge in the chosen school subject from the middle and high school curriculum. In some cases, we may ask you to take this test before the interview, but we trust your knowledge!

05
Assessment Center

An online session with practical group and individual exercises focused on teaching, teamwork, and working with students. You will also need to prepare a short lesson as homework.

06
Summer Institute

Six weeks of intensive training dedicated to developing teaching expertise. For you, it`s a chance to practice with invited schoolchildren. For us, it`s an opportunity to ensure we’ve selected the most motivated participants. This is the final selection stage combined with training.
