About the Project Teach For Ukraine, in partnership with the international foundation Razom for Ukraine, is launching a special online wave of Educational SUPport.
War creates significant barriers to stable learning, especially for children whose parents have fallen, are serving at the front or are in captivity, are considered missing in action, or are returning to civilian life as veterans. This project aims to create a caring educational environment for the child, where learning is combined with care for their emotional well-being.
groups:
Small online groups (up to 5 students) ensure maximum attention to every child while providing sufficient space for socialization.
duration:
Each group will complete 36 sessions over 12 weeks — 3 sessions per week. The online learning wave starts on February 18.
program:
Every week, children attend:
— 2 academic sessions in Ukrainian language or Mathematics, aimed at learning recovery, reinforcing core topics, and building confidence in learning;
— 1 personal development session to support motivation, self-regulation skills, the ability to learn, set goals, and overcome difficulties.

Тренінг «Тьюторський кетч-ап»
Першим кроком реалізації проєкту став офлайн-тренінг в Одесі для вчителів та вчительок з 4 шкіл Миколаївської та Одеської областей. Метою такого тренінгу стало знайомство освітян з основами тьюторського підходу. Тренерки ГО «Навчай для України» ділились практичними інструментами, які допомагають:
– побачити дитину і її потреби, встановити емоційний контакт для ефективної взаємодії;
– побудувати роботу з учнями для подолання освітніх втрат на основі індивідуальних запитів;
– створити безпечний простір, де дитина може проявитися та навчитися вчитися.

До слова, NRC — це міжнародна гуманітарна організація, яка з 2014 року працює в Україні, допомагаючи тим, хто постраждав від війни. Їхня освітня місія співзвучна з цілями ГО «Навчай для України»:
– забезпечення доступу до якісної, безпечної та інклюзивної освіти для дітей і молоді, які постраждали від війни та переміщення;
– сприяння добробуту дітей і вчителів та відновлення пошкоджених шкіл;
– залучення молоді до діяльності в громадах.
Разом з NRC ГО «Навчай для України» продовжує місію подолання освітніх втрат та підтримки українських школярів й освітян.
