wave of inspiration

what is “wave of inspiration”?
The psychological state of teachers is important for the high-quality education of children. That is why we created a series of 4-day exercises that helped teachers working in frontline communities be a support not only for their students, but also for themselves. Don’t burn out or despair, but rather get new tools, resources, and supportive environments. Stop and ask yourself, “How am I?”
Through tutoring, teachers can help students better understand themselves and build their own educational trajectory. Topics covered include the basics of active listening, growth thinking, customization and reflection tools, subject maps, and many others.
This is part of a large block that concerns a deeper understanding of the inner resource and self-knowledge. Participants work on the following topics: working with children’s strengths and talents, working with values, growth thinking, and the basics of goal setting.

From day one, the main focus is on building a community, meeting colleagues, remembering your history in teaching, and creating a personal growth map. We create a safe space for learning and self-reflection.
Participants can share their impressions, discoveries, and emotions in a free form. During reflection, there are no “right” or “wrong” thoughts and emotions — it is important to share with others what you yourself feel.
