The project makes up for children’s lost learning and skills in Mykolaiv Oblast and allows schools to take a comprehensive approach to solving the problem.

The NGO Teach For Ukraine Team:

1. Trains teachers in a tutoring approach, because when we talk about knowledge gaps, it is important to have tools that will help them find an individual approach to each child. Tutoring tools help teachers take into account the needs of their students in the classroom and work with the interests of students.

2. Together with schools, introduces free additional knowledge acquisition classes to help children improve their knowledge in school subjects.

3. Helps school administrations develop their own strategy for catching up with children’s learning losses, teaches them exactly how to do it, and supports them in implementing strategies throughout the project.
