Our career guidance program for teenagers from small communities, GoTeach, has been included in the longlist of the Responsibility Award 2025.

Out of 165 submitted applications, 65 initiatives were selected as examples of responsible leadership, strong partnerships, and positive social impact. We are sincerely grateful to be among them and to receive recognition for our work.

This year’s key message of the award —
«Responsibility unites, and unity multiplies change» — deeply resonates with our values and our approach.

We are thankful to our partners who share these principles and move forward together with us.
Special thanks to DHL Group, with whom the GoTeach program is implemented. This partnership has already proven that responsible collaboration can amplify impact and create sustainable change.
GoTeach develops a sustainable model of cooperation between schools in small communities, civil society organizations, and responsible businesses. The program helps reduce educational and career inequality, broadens teenagers’ understanding of future opportunities, and supports them in building realistic educational and professional pathways in Ukraine.

For us, being included in the Responsibility Award longlist is both recognition of the path we have taken and motivation to continue moving forward. We sincerely thank the Bohdan Hawrylyshyn Family Foundation and the award organizers for this opportunity.

The Responsibility Award 2025 is based on the Declaration of Human Responsibility created by Bohdan Hawrylyshyn. The award honors cross-sector initiatives that demonstrate the power of unity, strengthen society, and inspire through their impact.
