The training program “Psychosocial Support for Teachers and Students”, developed by NGO Teach For Ukraine with the support of the Embassy of Finland, is based on key elements of the standard professional development program “Fostering Resilience in Educational Institutions.”
The overall goal of the project is to reduce the impact of war-related stress and trauma on students in rural communities by providing teachers with tools and methods to cope with ongoing challenges.
The project also aims to build the capacity of rural school teachers to adequately respond to their students’ needs during the war through the Psychosocial Support Program.
