The ads are written from the perspective of students: Kira Serhiivna from grade 11-B is looking for a chemistry teacher; Yana Ruslanivna from 7-B is searching for a physics instructor; Ivan Mykolayovych from 6-I wants to find an English teacher; and Kateryna Hryhorivna from 9-B needs a math tutor.

This campaign carries the slogan: “Teaching is a calling. You’ve been called (Marichka from Voronkove/Petro from Hrebinky).” It was launched by the educational organization Teach For Ukraine and Bickerstaff.111 to popularize the program for those who want to become teachers without a formal pedagogical degree.
Anyone with a bachelor’s degree in any field who knows one of the core subjects of the school curriculum (grades 5–11) and wishes to be proactive, grow, and improve can join the program.

All Teach For Ukraine fellows undergo six stages of assessments and interviews. The program includes a six-week intensive training on basic teaching skills, followed by ongoing learning in pedagogy and leadership development.
The organizers emphasize that the program offers continuous mentoring support and official employment with an additional stipend.
You can join the program through a chatbot, and more details about requirements and participation conditions are available here.
